Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the USA and Canada.
Q: What postal service do you use and does it come with tracking?
We currently ship with Canada Post. Any order over $75, shipping is FREE within Canada. Any order under $75 we charge a flat fee of $15 to Canada., and USPS calculated rates to the USA. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
- Delivery times are within 7 to 10 business days from when your order ships.
- We cannot be liable for any delays due to postage strikes.
- Delivery times are estimated within 8 to 12 business days from when your order ships.
- If you are wanting to have your parcel expedited, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order to get a quote.
- We cannot be liable for any delays due to postage strikes, or packages being held at the border due to customs.
Q: Do all of our products come assembled and ready to party?
Most of our banners, cake toppers, garlands are ready assembled. Our DIY balloon garlands, however, are not assembled and require approximately 30 mins of assembly time, a day or 2 before the party. If you live in the Ottawa area, we can assemble your balloon garland and arrange for delivery for an additional fee.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
We love custom orders and look forward to collaborating to make all your party dreams come true! Please be advised that we require a 3-4 week lead time for all custom orders. Get in touch with us by completing the custom order form here. Unfortunately custom party decor does not qualify for an additional discounts. Please reach out to us at email@example.com

Q: After I place an order, how soon can I expect it?
Processing times vary based on each individual item, however, we try our best to have your order prepared and ready for mail day every Tuesday.
Please note all orders received after 5pm EST Monday, will be processed and sent out the following Tuesday.

Q: When can we expect new products launches?
We are continuously brainstorming and coming up with new ideas for fun, new party products. Every season, we launch 2-3 new party in a box kits. We suggest joining our mailing list to stay up to date on all things Confetti.
Q: Can I swap out items from my party in a box kit?
Over the last 3 years, we have worked hard to create our ideal version of the party in a box kit by listening to customer feedback. We have now 2 options to choose from. Our signature party in a box kit or our mini party in a box kit to suit your “party” needs. You can also add on additions, such as banners, balloon garland kits, or birthday shirts, just to name a few. We pride ourselves on being a “one- stop shop” for all your party needs.
